Rosie Riveters is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit working to strengthen the future workforce by expanding student participation in STEM and building the critical thinking, creativity, and problem solving skills young people need to thrive. Through hands-on, project-based experiences, Rosie Riveters programs help students build confidence through productive struggle while exploring real-world STEM concepts. Designed for flexibility, K–8 activities can be used in classrooms, afterschool programs, military family programs, and community events, whether in short lessons or extended workshops. The organization’s high school program, Rosie Innovators, deepens this foundation by engaging students in advanced STEM learning and preparing them for future education and career pathways.
